Newsroom staffers at WPIX/Ch. 11 were in a lockdown mode Wednesday afternoon after an envelope containing a suspicious powder landed at the assignment desk.The staffer who opened the letter had to be decontaminated as a precaution by Hazmat teams, according to a source.
